Biography Founded
in 1989, Corvus Corvax is one of the very first bands who brought rock
into traditional and authentic medieval music. True to the original spirit
of minstrels, the band members have collected melodies discovered in libraries
on their many travels. They studied them carefully, taking interest in
the everyday life of their ancestors and adopting their way of life. They
rebuilt medieval instruments, improved them thanks to their practical
experience as musicians and used them to blend rhythms and melodies, creating
a new sound.
This way, Corvus Corvax has influenced the whole of the musical movement
in Europe. The band's career has taken them all over the world: almost
everywhere in Europe, in Japan, Jordan, Morocco and Mexico. Their very
spectacular performances combine celebration and mystery.
Biography Le
Donjon de Naheulbeuk started on the Internet as a MP3 audio saga telling
the story of a fellowship of… let's say unusual adventurers. A parody
of role-playing games written and recorded by an informed amateur known
under the name of Pen of Chaos. The story of this bunch of typical but
totally incompetent or even totally stupid characters was an incredible
success.
The author of this saga gathered a real band who performs songs and false
adverts inspired from the universe of Naheulbeuk, as well as traditional
music.
Naheulbeuk has just released a new album entitled "A Poil dans la
Forêt", crazier than ever...
Biography Omnia
was born many years ago from the desire of recreating the roman and Celtic
sounds of Northern Europe at the end of the Iron Age.
In 2002, Omnia Changed their own style with the arrival of new musicians.
They became a quartet (flute, percussion, harp, vocals) exploring the
musical legends of the Celtic world.
Their very interactive and spectacular shows are hard to forget...
