Trolls & Légendes 2009
After two successful editions, Trolls &
Légendes, the only festival to bring together all aspects
of Fantasy, from literature to role playing and music, is back
with an even more tempting programme. This event is organised
by asbl Trolls & Légendes, together with asbl Anthêsis,
the webzine Lefantastique.Net and la Cuvée des Trolls.
This edition's guests of honour are the famous
Brian & Wendy Froud.
From 10am onwards, on a surface of more than
8000m², three areas will be entirely dedicated to Fantasy,
with the Fairy world as a central theme.
The first area will bring you shows
(magic, animations for children, fighting demonstrations, dancing…),
comics and literature publishers,
signing sessions, a fairy market with numerous
craftsmen, troubadours, fantasy shopkeepers, a special children's
area and a troll cantina.
The second area will be the setting of the
4th Fantastique.Convention for board games,
card games and role playing, with numerous authors and publishers.
Whether it is to participate to one of the tournaments or to
discover this universe for the first time, everyone is sure
to have a good time !
Finally, the third area will open its doors
after 6pm to end a fantastic day in music, with, among others,
QNTAL, Omnia, Naheulbeuk,
Louisa John-Krol, Daemonia Nymphe,
Woodland et Cécile Corbel.
All around these three areas, exhibitions,
debates and meetings with authors, a troll-eggs hunt for the
little ones, short movies and anime screenings,
concerts… In short, a fantasy atmosphere never seen before
in a fantasy festival.
And of course, food and drinks stands will
allow you to take a well deserved break while tasting the famous
Cuvée des Trolls, the festival's and fantasy's official
beer and the official beer.
Trolls & Légendes 2007
On April 7 and 8, and with around 13,000 visitors
and the great Alan Lee as guest of honour, the second edition

Trolls & Légendes 2005
The first edition of Trolls & Légendes
took place in June 2005 and was set in the theme of the Lord
of the Rings. With over 6000 visitors, the festival was a real
