This year, the Rugby Club of Mons offers the opportunity for a campsite for festival-goers, subject to availability.
Priority is given to festival-goers who have chosen to spend the entire weekend at Trolls & Legends. That is why at first, only 3 days camping passes are proposed at the moment. Depending on the demand, the Rugby Club might extend the offer to one day festival-goers. Please check FB announcements or our website.
There will always be steward on the campsite. Trolls & Légendes and the Rugby Club de Mons decline all responsibility in case of theft, degradation of any personal belongings or accident.
Any inappropriate behavior may lead to exclusion from the campsite and the festival, with no ticket refund.
How to book the campsite?
It has to be done in two steps
• First of all, since camping is only available for three days passes, go on the online shop of our website to buy 3days pass tickets. Then buy your camping ticket, it is well necessary to buy one ticket per person. (20 € per person for the 3 nights). You will then receive a confirmation email.
• Then you will have to complete a registration form.(included in the confirmation link). You only have to fill one registration form per tent. In other words, if you are more than one in a tent, complete the form only once. You can specify the size of your tent (max 8 persons). You can also order a breakfast if you wish (it will be payable locally, directly to the Mons Rugby Club). Please note that each visitor must have a camping pass (= a bracelet) to be allowed to access the camping.
How to settle down in the camping?
You must first exchange your camping ticket for a bracelet at the entrance of the festival (when getting your assess for the festival). Only campers with access bracelet will be able to access and settle in the campsite.
Only tents are allowed. There is no electricity.
Toilets and showers are available except between 1pm and 6pm.
When to check out the campsite?
You must leave the campsite by Monday 17 April at 10:00.
